C.:- 1) Record indicates that by an Order dated 11th March, 2021, this Court had directed the investigating officer to proceed with the investigation, however, not to file charge-sheet until further orders. 3) Today we have perused the record of investigation. Perusal of record indicates that, the investigation is completed and prima facie there is corroborative material to support the allegations of the Informant. 4) In view thereof, we permit the investigating agency to file chargesheet in the present crime against the Petitioner and it be filed within a period of three weeks from today.
