At the request of learned Counsel for the Petitioners, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioners to make a fresh representation to the Respondent No.3CEO Nagar Parishad, Palghar. The Petitioner is permitted to rely upon letters dated 20/8/2019 of the Tahasildar, Palghar and 5th August, 2019 of the Resident Commissioner, Palghar, in his representation. If such representation is made within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be decided by the Respondent No.3-CEO, Nagar Parishad, Palghar, expeditiously and in any event by the end of April-2020.
