Heard learned counsel for the applicant. This is a subsequent application. The earlier application was argued on merits and after arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant upon instructions had sought liberty to withdraw the application. Learned counsel for the applicant without going into the merits of the matter submits that the trial be expedited. The applicant is in custody for about one year. The Additional Sessions Judge, Baramati seized with Sessions Case No.136 of 2017 and shall make every endeavour to conclude the trial by the end of June 2019.
