We have heard the learned counsel for the Applicant as well as the learned counsel for Non-Applicant No.3. Since the Petitioners are residing at Flat No.702, Aum Saheel Tower Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. and this very flat is now sought to be attached and sold, pursuant to the proceedings initiated by Non-Applicant No.3, the

Tauseef 23-IA.2059.2024.doc Applicant is permitted to intervene in the present proceedings. They shall be impleaded as Respondent Nos.13 to 15 in the Writ Petition. The cause title of the Writ Petition be amended accordingly. It is clarified that all contentions of Respondent Nos.3 and 4 on merits are kept open for being raised in the Writ Petition. 2.

Interim Application is disposed of.
