In this Civil Application the relief is for condonation of delay and leave to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased applicant No.1A Shivaji Shankarrao Bhagat. Again there is no reason in not allowing the Civil Application since the delay is sufficiently explained. Accordingly, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The necessary amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
