Heard. This Application is made by the plaintiff for restoration of Civil Revision Application which was dismissed in view of conditional order dated 27.01.2012 for non removal of office objections.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently it remained on the part of the applicant to remove all office objections. The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all office objections within 2 weeks from today. Statement is accepted.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the Basavraj G Patil 1/2

14.118.16-cac averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) Order dated 27.01.2012 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) is set aside.

b) Civil Revision Application (ST) No.22571/2011 (Rejected case No.168/2012) is restored to file.

c) The applicant to remove all office objections within 6 weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

d) The applicant to pay cost of Rs.2500/-. Cost to be deposited in the office of the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority, High Court, Bombay, within two weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

e) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
