3] This Court is not prepared to accept that the application was orally rejected as stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner. In any case, without going into any such issue, it would be appropriate, if this petition is disposed of with direction that the Revisional Authority will take into consideration all objections raised by the Petitioner and decide the same on merits at the stage of finally 1/2

DSS p-18-wp-2356-16 disposing of the main revision petition. It is made clear that this Court has examined the merits of the objections and therefore, all contentions of all parties are kept open to be determined by the Revisional Authority.
