The learned Counsel for the parties point out that subject matter of this writ petition is a Look-Out Circular issued against the Petitioner on the request made by Respondent No.3-State Bank of India. The learned Counsel for the parties also point out that it is not as a consequence of any criminal proceeding initiated against the Petitioner.
