In pursuance of the order dated 14th February, 2017 Mr Vijaysingh Bhagat has deposited an amount of Rs.1 Lac in this Court. In this Civil Application the prayer is for condonation of delay and leave to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased applicant No.1 Shankarrao Bhagat.

The delay has been sufficiently explained and there is no reason for not allowing the Civil Application. Pg 1 of 2
