This is an application for extension of facility of cash security granted by this Court by order dated 10/12/2018. The applicant was granted bail in connection with C.R No. 251 of 2015 registered with Bhandup police station on his furnishing 1/2

503. appp 253.19.doc P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. He was permitted to furnish cash security of Rs. 25,000/- in lieu of surety for a period of 6 weeks. 3.

Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant was suffering from illness and could not furnish sureties. It is submitted that the facility of cash security granted by this Court may be extended by a period of 4 weeks to enable the applicant to furnish sureties.

Considering the submissions, the facility of cash security granted by this Court by order dated 10/12/2018 passed in Bail Application No. 3062 of 2018 is extended by a period of 4 weeks to enable the applicant to furnish sureties in accordance with the said order.
