1] The above Criminal Writ Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the Respondent No.3, thereby allowing the Appeal filed by the Respondent No.2 challenging the order of externment passed against him.

2] The proceedings with regard to externment are exclusively between the Respondent No.2 and the State.

3] Private individual could not have locus to challenge the order passed by the Appellate Authority allowing the Appeal. The Petition is rejected on the ground of locus.
