Parties through their Counsel. The Petitioner's grievance is that she could not appear for the interview as she did not receive any letter of intimation of date of interview. 2.

We find that in regard to the aforesaid grievance the Petitioner had submitted the representation on which though action was directed to be taken as per the communication dated 3 rd July, 2015 Exhibit-F, but the Respondent No.1 has not taken any steps in regard to the Petitioner's grievance.

Having regard to the aforesaid, without commenting upon the merits of the Petitioner's claim we are inclined to dispose of this Petition directing the Respondent No.1 to take appropriate decision in regard to the Petitioner's grievance. The Petitioner to submit fresh detailed representation along with supporting documents to Respondent No.1 within 2 weeks.

Respondent No.1 shall take appropriate decision as aforesaid within 3 months from the date of receipt of a fresh representation along with supporting documents. 5.

Needless to state that the Respondent No.1 shall take appropriate decision on its own merits as we have not commented upon the Petitioner's entitlement.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
