Pursuant to the order dated 23rd February, 2021, learned AGP has tendered the Report of the Medical Board. The Medical Board has not recommended the termination of the pregnancy of the Petitioner. The recommendation of the Medical Board reads as under:

"On clinical and ultrasonographic examination mother has pregnancy of 27 weeks and 2 days.

She has no major medical and obstetric complications at present. Fetal cardiac anomaly found on ultrasonograpy is correctable with good prognosis.

Thus, recommending medical termination of pregnancy is not advisable."

In view of the above recommendation of the Medical Board, no relief can be granted to the Petitioner.

The Writ Petition is dismissed.
