The aforesaid appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 31st January 2020 below Exhibit 1668 in MCOC Case No. 2/2003 passed by the learned Special Judge, Pune.

For the reasons set out in the application, application is allowed and delay of 13 days caused in filing the aforesaid Criminal Appeal, is condoned and the appeal is taken up for admission, forthwith.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
