1. This petition seeks review of the order dated 03rd August, 2012 passed on the appeal from interim order. It is admitted position that the evidence in the suit is led and the Trial Court has kept the matter for arguments. In that circumstance, the review petition which is against the interim order cannot survive. The stage of interim relief and prima facie finding is over. Hence, review petition is disposed of. (Smt.
