Heard Mr. Totala, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Tapkir, learned Counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2, at length.

By this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the judgment and order dated 18.1.2016 passed by learned 6th Additional Judge, Small Causes Court, Pune below Exh.69 in Civil Suit No.460/2012. By that order, the learned trial Judge allowed the application made by the respondents, hereinafter referred to as the 'plaintiffs' and 1 / 2

911.wp.2520-15.doc exhibited the certified copy of the registered lease deed dated 29.6.2009 and ordered that the same may be read in evidence. 3.

During the course of hearing, Mr. Tapkir fairly stated that said document may be exhibited and the respondents/plaintiffs will prove the contents thereof. The statement made by Mr. Tapkir is accepted. In view thereof, Mr.Totala does not press this Petition as the plaintiffs have made statement that they will prove the contents thereof. Hence, petition is disposed of. Order accordingly.
