Ms. Sharma states that there is an application for granting of exemption under Section 10 (46) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 pending before Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) since 2018. Ms. Sharma further states that if the Court directs CBDT to dispose of the said application expeditiously, then petitioner will not be pursuing this petition and seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Petition dismissed as withdrawn.
