Heard Ms.Teja Kanjale, learned counsel for the applicants.

This is an application for bringing legal representatives of respondent no.1, since deceased, on record, after condoning delay of 56 days caused in filing the Application. Respondent no.1 died on 1.10.2013, leaving behind respondents no.1(a) to 1(f). Office remark shows that respondents no.1(a) to 1(f) are served. However, they have neither entered their appearance nor filed their reply opposing the application.

In view thereof and for the reasons

2/2 CAS/330/2014 stated in the application, I am satisfied that the applicants have made out sufficient cause for condoning the delay.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs.

Amendment in the main Appeal shall be carried out within 14 days from today.
