This Application is preferred seeking substitution of the name of the Petitioner - Company on the premise that in view of the order of demerger dated 29.08.2018 passed by the National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi, the name of the Petitioner - Company now is Wadia Reality Private Limited.

Instead of substituting the name, it would be more appropriate if the Applicant - Wadia Reality Private Limited is permitted to be impleaded as Petitioner 2. 4.

Appropriate amendment in the cause title be carried out forthwith.
