In view thereof, the Applicant can be released on bail, pending hearing and final disposal of present Revision Application. 3.

Hence the following Order:

(a) Applicant be released on bail in Criminal Revision Application No.694 of 2016 (Criminal Complaint No.847/SS/2011) on his furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.10,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount.
