At the outset, Mr. Chaudhari, learned APP points out that Criminal Application No.1566 of 2018 is filed seeking same relief as sought in the present Interim Application for relaxation of condition at clause No. (iii) of Order dated 23rd July 2018 passed by a learned Single Judge (Sadhana S. In view of this, Mr. Kolekar, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the present Interim Application. 3.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed to be withdrawan and disposed of as such.
