The Applicant was granted bail by this court (Coram A.S.Gadkari, J.) vide order dated 20.07.2018 passed in Bail Application No. 1075 of 2018. The Applicant was directed to attend Nalasopara Police Station on every first Monday of the month between 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.. It is submitted that the Applicant is a senior citizen, aged about 60 years and he has undergone a bi-pass surgery. It is submitted that the Borey 1/2

Considering the submissions, as stated above, the order dated 20.07.2018 vis-a-vis the condition of reporting the police station is modified as follows :

ORDER

(a) Clause (ii) of the order dated 20th July, 2018 passed by this court in BA No.1075 of 2018 (Coram : A.S. Gadkari, J.) is modified to the extent that the Applicant shall attend Nalasopara Police Station, Dist. Palghar, once in a three months, on first Monday of the month, between 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.. until further orders.

(b) This criminal application is disposed of.
