The grievance of the Petitioners is that the police of the Mahim Police Station have not taken cognizance of the two written complaints dated 19.09.2019 and 17.01.2020 made by the Petitioners. 2.

Mr. Kamkhedkar, learned APP on instructions makes a statement that the concerned officer of the Mahim Police Station will take an appropriate decision on the said written complaints dated 19.09.2019 and 17.01.2020 & will communicate the said decision to the Petitioners, within two weeks from today. Statement accepted.

In view of the statement made by the learned APP, nothing survives for consideration in the aforesaid Petition. The Petition is accordingly disposed of.
