Heard the learned Advocates for the parties and the following order is passed by consent :

(i) The parties shall proceed with the divorce proceedings before the Family Court, Pune.

(ii)The learned Judge of the Family Court shall record the crossexamination of the witnesses of the Petitioner and thereafter allow the Petitioner herein to lead her evidence as well as the evidence of her witnesses. Upon the examination and cross-examination being completed, the learned Judge shall pass his order within a period of three weeks. The entire exercise of leading evidence as well as passing of the order shall be completed by the learned Judge on or before 10th July, 2017.
