Suit No.660 of 2009 by the City Civil Court, Dindoshi, Mumbai, even after title of the Film "Mukhbir" is allowed in favour of the Petitionerdecree holder to the extent of revocation of the title of the said Film "Mukhbir" in favour of third party, is not complied with. The said issue appears to have been not dealt with by the executing court. 2] In the aforesaid background, order dated 16/08/2016 passed by the executing court which is impugned in the present Petition is hereby quashed and set aside. Execution proceedings stood restored 1/2
