The present application was filed on February 24, 2022. In view of the order dated July 31, 2021, though learned counsel for the applicant vehemently submitted that the applicant be enlarged on bail as he is now in custody almost for four years, I am not inclined to entertain the present application.

4.

The trial has already been expedited. If there is no progress in the trial, liberty to the applicant to file a fresh bail application after six months.

5.

The application is disposed of.

6.

I express my gratitude for the able assistance rendered by learned counsel Ms. Aakanksha Raut who appeared on behalf of the applicant and argued in support of the applicant's case.

7.

This order be communicated to the applicant through Jail Authorities.
