On hearing the Petitioner, we are inclined to dispose of the present writ petition as the Petitioner's caste claim is pending with Respondent No.2 since 13.01.2015. Therefore, it is difficult for him to produce caste certificate within seven days as demanded by Respondent No.3 by the impugned communication dated 11.01.2017. Therefore, at this stage, by keeping all issues open, we are inclined to dispose of the present writ petition by directing Respondent No.2 to decide the caste claim of the Petitioner as early as possible and preferably within four months.

dgm 2 12-wp-2337-2017.sxw In view of above, pending the decision by the Caste Claim Committee, the interim order granted by this Court on 22.02.2017 to continue till the disposal of the Petitioner's application and four weeks thereafter if adverse order is communicated to the Petitioner. The writ petition is accordingly disposed with the above observation.

No costs.
