From the additional affidavit, it appears that, prior to filing this writ petition, petitioner had filed a Securitisation Application bearing Diary No. 1225 of 2019 along with Misc. Application No. 79 of 2019 before the DRT, Pune.

Petitioner No. 1 who is present in court and appearing as party in person states that now the DRT, Pune is fully functional and he would pursue the Securitisation Application and the Misc. Application filed. Petitioner No. 1 is also seeking leave of the court to withdraw this
