These Applications are for relaxation of the conditions imposed vide para No.14(b) of the order dated 21 March 2017 passed by this Court (Mridula Bhatkar, J.) in Criminal Bail Application No.1811 of 2016 and other connected matters.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. 3.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Applicant that till today even the charge is not framed. 4.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is a gang of which the Applicants are the members who are indulging in similar offences.

However, at least as of now it is not shown that there is any subsequent offence registered against the Applicants after they were released on bail. The apprehension on behalf of the State can be taken care of by directing the Applicants to attend the Lonavala City Police Station once in every month. 6.

In such circumstances, the Applications are allowed. Condition No.14(b) is hereby relaxed subject to the condition that the Applicants shall report to the Lonavala City Police Station once in every month on First Monday.

The Applicants shall not make any attempt to contact or to influence/threaten the prosecution witnesses. C.V. BHADANG, J.
