This application has been sent by the applicant from jail praying that the re-investigation be ordered. The applicant has been convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and has already filed an appeal which is admitted. 2.

In the light of the fact that the applicant has been convicted and sentenced and the appeal is pending in this Court, this application seeking relief of re-investigation is not maintainable and is therefore dismissed.
