2] By this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, Petitioners are seeking declaration that voluntary retirement forms duly signed by the Petitioners under Voluntary Retirement Scheme were obtained by Respondent No.2- The Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company Pvt. Ltd. by committing fraud and hence same be revoked. 3] Learned counsel for Petitioners submits that Petitioners Voluntary Retirement forms were obtained by the Company in 2012, since then they are out of employment. He submits that as on today, all these

(4) WP-4783-19 Petitioners are unemployed and hence, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct Respondent No.2 to take back the Petitioners in employment. 4] When this Court declined to entertain the present Petition on the ground of laches, at that time, learned counsel for Petitioners made a request to allow him to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to take appropriate steps, if any available. Same is accepted. Hence, following order :
