The above Civil Application has been filed seeking extension of time to deposit the decreetal amount in terms of the order dated 1-7-2014 passed in the above Appeal. The reasons why the amount could not be deposited within the time stipulated by order dated 1-7-2014 have been mentioned in the above Civil Application. Having regard to the said reasons case for extension of time is made out. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed, time to deposit the amount is extended by 4 weeks from date.
