This application has been sent by the applicant from the jail praying that the counsel from the Legal Aid Panel be appointed to represent him in the pending Criminal Appeal No.990 of 2014, instead of counsel who is representing him in the appeal. 2.

We, accordingly, allow this application and direct that the counsel from Legal Aid Panel be appointed to represent the applicant in pending Criminal Appeal No.990 of 2014. The appointment of counsel from the Legal Aid Panel be communicated to the applicant who is undergoing his sentence in jail.
