Learned counsel for the applicant prays that implementation and execution of the judgment and award dated 8th February, 2012 passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Gadhinglaj in MACP No.36 of 2007 be stayed as the execution proceeding is filed. He submits the Insurance Company has deposited the principal amount of Rs.2,66,293/- which includes the decretal amount along with interest as the entire amount is deposited.
