Today, no one is present on behalf of the applicant. Even on 26 June 2023, no one was present. In fact this matter was heard earlier and kept for orders on 13 March 2023. For some reason or other, the order could not be passed. The applicant cannot be blamed for this situation. The chargesheet is already filed against the co-accused. I felt that the applicant needs to be granted Anticipatory Bail. In view of that, the following order is passed;

O R D E R

(a) In the event of arrest, in connection with C.R. No.I-102 of 2018 registered with Narpoli Police Station, Bhivandi, Vina Khadpe 1/2

12.aba.571.2020.doc Thane, for the offences punishable under sections 420, 406, 465, 467, 468, 471 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 48(7) and Section 48(8) of the Land Revenue Code, 1966, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing personal bond and surety bond of Rs.25,000/- .

(b) The applicant shall not threaten the prosecution witnesses or allure them in any manner.

(c) The applicant shall give attendance to the police station as and when called and co-operate in the investigation. (d) Needless to say, violating of the condition above will make the Applicant liable for cancellation of anticipatory bail, after notice to the Applicant. 2.

Application is disposed of accordingly.

These are my prima facie observations and the trial Court may not be influenced by that.
