This application is preferred by defendant, the State of Maharashtra for extension of time to comply the order dated 24.6.2014 passed by this court in Civil Application No.4523 of 2013 i.e. to deposit the decreetal amount in the Trial Court. The learned A.G.P. for the applicant submits that their cheque is ready. They require some time to deposit the same in the Trial Court. These facts are stated by the applicant in paragraph 5 of the Civil Application.

2 caf966-15.doc learned counsel for the Applicant, the averments made in paragraph 5 of the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

a) Extension of three weeks time from today is granted to the applicant to comply the order dated 24.06.2014 passed by this court in Civil Application No.4523 of 2013.

b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
