This application by which the applicant has prayed for his release on conditional bail on the ground that his mother is suffering from serious ailments. The appeal filed by the applicant though is of the year 2015, is tagged alongwith Criminal appeal Nos. 441 of 2005, 417 of 2005 which are of the years 2005. These appeals are already on the final hearing board and therefore, in that light of the matter, applicant is not entitled to temporary bail. Application is dismissed. [DR.
