The above Civil Application has been filed seeking extension of time to deposit the decreetal amount in terms of the order dated 1-7-2014 passed in the above Appeal. The reasons why the amount could not be deposited within the time stipulated by order dated 1-7-2014 have been mentioned in the above Civil Application. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed, time to deposit the amount is extended by 4 weeks from date. Having regard to the said reasons case for extension of time is made out. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
