Heard. By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 01.02.2016 passed by respondent No.21 - Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune in RTS Revision No.43/2016.

The learned AGP for respondent Nos.20 to 23 makes a statement that the Revision will be decided within four months from today. The statement is accepted.

In view of the statement made by the learned AGP, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present Writ Petition at present.

Hence, following order is passed:

a.

Respondent No.21 Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune is directed to decide RTS Revision No.43/2016 as early as possible but in any case within four months from today by giving opportunity of hearing to both the parties, on merits.

b.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.

c.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remain present before the concerned authority on 14.08.2017 to take appropriate steps for fixing date of hearing.

d.

The petitioner is directed to inform other respondents, in writing, along with a copy of this order either by registered post or hand delivery. JUDGE Basavraj G Patil 2/2
