P.C. :- By this Application the Applicant/Appellant in Criminal Appeal No. 192 of 2011 seeks his release on bail on the ground of ailment of his mother.

In the light of the overwhelming evidence against the Applicant, in our opinion, the Applicant is not entitled to be released on bail. For the reason which is stated in the Application, the Applicant cannot be released on bail. The Applicant has a remedy available to him of applying for his release on parole if he so desires.

Since the Applicant is in Jail since July 2007 and since the Appeal has been expedited, we dismiss this Application by directing that the Appeal filed by the Applicant be added to the final hearing board from 1st April 2015 at its appropriate place on the board granting liberty to the Counsel to request for a fixed date hearing.

Application is dismissed with the aforesaid directions.
