Heard Ms. Namita Shirke, learned Counsel for the applicant and Ms. Sultana Sonawane, learned Counsel for the respondent.

By this application, the applicant has prayed for recalling the order dated 15.1.2019 thereby restoring Writ Petition (St) No.1273/2019 to its original position. 4.

By order dated 15.1.2019, the applicant was directed to remove all office objections on or before 31.1.2019 failing which Writ Petition was to stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. As the applicant did not remove the office objections within the stipulated time, Writ Petition was dismissed for want of prosecution. Ms.Shirke assures that after restoration of the Writ Petition, within one week from today the

In view thereof, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Writ Petition (St.) No.1273/2019 is restored to its original position. The applicant shall remove all office objections within one week from today, failing which the order dated 15.1.2019 shall stand revived without further reference to the Court. After removal of the office objections, the applicant shall urgently move the regular Court for admission of petition. Order accordingly.
