As per the order passed by this Court on 16th July 2003, at the time of admission of this First Appeal, appellant had undertaken to file private paper-book within eight weeks and printing of the paper-book was dispensed with.

The office note, however, shows that, even till today, the appellant has not filed private paper-book, though the 'R & P' is received without paper-book long back.
