1) Learned APP fairly submits that in the present case, trial has commenced in crime no. 275 of 2011. Prosecution has examined 7 witnesses. It is reported that subsequently, respondent herein is arrested in crime no. 190 of 2013, 213 of 2013 & 232 of 2013 for similar offences and hence, learned APP had prayed for cancellation of bail. However, respondent is in custody in the offences registered subsequently.

2) In view of this, application seeking cancellation of bail does not survive.

Application is disposed of as infructuous.
