The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the show cause notice is issued to the petitioner by Respondent no.3 on the ground that the conditions of allotment are violated. The learned counsel submits that the Petitioner has not executed any conveyance. Petitioner has already sought permission to sell the property. Said Applications are pending.

Petitioner has already filed reply to the show cause notice dated 24.12.2020. It is for the authority to take Mohite 1/2

Petitioner has also made applications seeking permission to sell the property on 05.03.2019 and 24.6.2020 (pg 71 and 74).

The authority shall take decision upon the applications given by the Petitioner seeking permission to sell the property (pg 71 and 74) preferably within three months.

Depending upon the decision taken by the authority on the applications seeking permission to sell and the show cause notice, parties may take further steps. 7.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
