An application is made for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 8th February, 2019. It is submitted that in the said order, in paragraph 3, the word "Petitioner" shall substituted by the word "Respondent No.4" and after the word "rent", it should be read as " for the mother of the Petitioner". Now the sentence shall read as under:

"The learned counsel for Respondent No.4 submits that since the contention that the amount is not paid towards any other transaction, but towards rent for the mother of the Petitioner has been upheld till the Hon'ble Supreme Court, he would return the said amount to respondent No.4 on the condition that he returns the vouchers". Civil Application is disposed of.
