Heard the learned APP for the respondent - State and the learned counsel for the intervener.

Vide order dated 10.03.2015, Mr.Saraogi, the learned counsel for the applicant had tendered an affidavit cum undertaking of the applicant. The applicant had undertaken to deposit a sum of Rs.28,00,000/- in the registry of this Court, within a period of two months from the date of the order.

The learned counsel for the intervener submits that the affidavit cum undertaking of the applicant has not been complied with by the applicant. The order dated 10.03.2015 is self operative and if the amount was not deposited before 31st March, 2015 as undertaken by the applicant, the interim order granted by

this Court stood vacated vide the said order. None appears for the applicant.

The Anticipatory Bail Application is dismissed for non-prosecution.

In view of disposal of the Anticipatory Bail Application, the intervention application does not survive and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
