By this first appeal, appellants/plaintiffs are challenging judgment and decree dated 22.1.2013 passed by Bombay City Civil Court in L.C.Suit no.830/2010 dismissing plaintiff's suit for declaration that respondents/defendants have no right, power and authority to remove them from suit premises.
