This petition is pending since 2018 challenging the externment order dated 08/09/2017 externing the petitioner for a period of two years. The Petitioner was externed from the limits of Mumbai Suburban districts. The record does not show that any stay order was granted.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that, he has no instructions to appear in the matter as the Advocate on record has already given no objection to engage another advocate. 3.
