P.C. :- P.C. :- The learned APP Mr. Saste points out that the complaint of the Petitioner was looked into in the year 2015 itself and the concerned Police Station did not find any substance in the said complaint and the matter was closed on 22.7.2015. However, the outcome of the enquiry by the Police remained to be communicated to the Petitioner. In the light of the statement made by the learned APP , no relief of the nature sought by the Petitioner can be granted. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
