Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned AGP.

The proposal was given by the Institution seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner no.1 as a Peon. The petitioner no.1 claims to have been appointed on 1st February, 2012. 3.

There does not appear to be an order passed on the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner no.1. 4.

In light of that, we direct the Education Inspector, Greater Mumbai, North Division, to decide the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner as a Peon, on its own merits. The same shall be decided preferably within four months. 5.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
